FIXED Oak Fishing Pole - Luck, or no Luck?

When equipping a Oak (crafted) fishing pole with 40 Luck, According to Character Status Gump, the extra 40 Luck is not applied. However, if I use the Object inspector tool, I do see the additional Luck being applied. Not entirely sure if Fishing system even uses Luck so it may be a Non-issue to begin with.

It should be uniform regardless so I'd say this is a bug.
