Not A Bug - Instant restock on NPC vendors
Since the recent 'fix' on the vendor pricing, I am now able to purchase items from NPC on a continuous basis since they now have instant restock. Is this normal? Also the item count seems to go funny with certain items for sale (mainly raw materials like ingots, boards, fish steaks) starting...

We currently run the system that is stated in here where you have to sell items to NPC's to get them to lower their value... only issue is on HeritageUO we don't allow the selling to NPC's which I could give a fuck about until now.
@Dexter did a check on the code and from what he could see the only way to get the prices to drop was to sell back to an NPC(once again this is disabled)
So there either needs to be a weekly reset or maybe each night there is a price reduction a few gold to each Vendor each night or something? Im not sure but right now there is no way for the NPC's to get a reduction in pricing thus someday we might have a reg costing 150 gp...
Also I think this system is dumb since Empty Bottles aren't craftable and nobody is going to sell Empty bottles to an NPC and on Heritage I don't think this is a viable system...
Anyways, its kind of a bug due to heritage custom no sell but also kind of a ridiculous system in itself for potion makers IMO.
