FIXED Necro Mastery is broken.

A lot of players here use necromancy with their mage hybrid characters to take control of 2 Skelton dragons using command undead, and then change their active mastery to magery to use death ray. On Osi if you turn necro Mastery off your skeleton dragons will go wild. I will need to obtain primers to show this working on Osi but when asking in the main uo discord I was given the replies

I believe the time limit to switch is in place, however we will need to make sure the skele dragons go away on switching.

They should ALSO go poof if the master logs off, or releases them. In other words: NO CORPSE. To combat one shotting skele's for farm
