FIXED Necro Animate dead Timer

Animate dead decay rate is real fast vs some other shards that I have played. According to Statics a Lich should animate between 3:25 min and 3:59 Max and I timed a Lich animate and it expired after 1:48

I have experienced this on other animates as well.
