FIXED Mystic / of Sorcery shouldn't give LRC

One thing that was bothering me while reforging here - Mystic / of Sorcery prefix/sufix shouldn't give LRC property according to how it is on realuo. I reforged 100 items with Mighty / Mystic prefixes (to remove any random properties) and in those 100 items there was not a single one with LRC property

When you remove props from Mighty prefix (eaters, hpr, hpi and str inc) from this chart. you can see what's left, and there's no lrc in it
LRC on armors should be available either from random props (not selecting any prefix) or from Arcane / of Wizardry prefix.

Cannot test rest of it until realuo TC enables removal of EJ restrictions again.

There is a gate at the Britain Commons to remove EJ restrictions, no?
