Not A Bug Monster water spawn around Jhelom

Sailing my boat around Jhelom, I did not see any monsters. Maybe i did not look in right spot?

I have found them on the lower tip of the island. If you use uosteam. The map shows the black at the bottom of the map right at the line. I also found a few orc pirate ships and everything you need to kill spawns around them
