FIXED Max Perfection says 96% on my buff icon

When I achieve max Perfection, my buff icon says 96%, and doesn't go any higher. I'm gaining perfection at 8% increments, so don't know if this has anything to do with it. Am I losing out on 4%?

Purely cosmetic, the buff icon wasnt updating because it was adding the Achieved Perfection icon.

Yes, I get the message that I achieved max perfection. So even though it says 96%, it's actually 100%?
