Not A Bug masteries book vendor in Eodon has no books in EC

I had to switch to classic client to purchase mastery books on the Eodon vendor.does not show up in enhanced client.

Does the item have a different item ID in the Enhanced Client?

That is very weird and since it is a custom (I scripted it here and it does not exist on real UO) we will have to look into if it is even possible.

Alright so this is not something I can fix so what I am going to do is remove the vendor.

Skill Mastery books will now be placed in your backpack whenever you create a new character or you can do the bard quests / Eodon quest to get one.
