FIXED Mailbox woes!

Me again!

I got myself a mailbox because apparently all the cool kids have them. I set my mailbox access to Co-owners so my accounts can access my mailbox, but only my primary account can access it. I've looked for information online to see if this is intended or not (if it is, the security settings are pointless). Is this intended?

I believe this was a hotfix due to an exploit with open mailboxes and security settings
