FIXED Lodestone drop rates seriously need to be increased, they were on OSI but here

This was increased on OSI back in Patch 106, as the EA players clearly felt the same way about it.

Also, I tried searching the forums here for "lodestone" to see if you had patched it and I missed it, but nothing came up.

Currently, the Cavern of Discarded mobs resource drop rate is 5%. I will increase it to 10%.
