This specific item will be getting added back in as a recipe craftable. Stay tuned to the patch logs on that one.

It will require Lava Rock, obtainable currently through lava fishing, which otherwise does not currently have a use.

Is there also a way to get the other chain quest items?

• Totem of Fabozz
• Fires of Kukuzz
• Skull of Motazz
• Skull of Aphazz
• Mosaic of Heluzz

A few of those will appear as quest items for a few "world bosses" getting introduced in September.
