Not A Bug Large Bank box and Vault Gump inconsistent

I have noticed that the gump doesn't seem to be 100% consistent. as some chest are large, some are small even though its the same exact chest.. chest even received back to back from recent spawns. I have noticed this on the Classic Client.

Chests with the silver trim inside convert while chests with the gold trim do not.

Don't ask me for UOs rhyme or reason.

That being said marking this as not a bug as it is client side and we have no control over it unless they patch it.
