The items that were added with the King's Collection are some of the coolest decorations in UO, IMO. I know we don't have the King's Collection chest items, but this post is more concerned with a potential bug regarding craftable decor.

https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/items/the-kings-collection/

Referring to the above link, it says:
"These items can be dyed using a furniture dye tub, natural dyes from plants or Tokuno dyes. This is illustrated by the red color of the Four Post Bed and the yellow Fluffy Sponge."

It is unclear whether or not dyeing applies only to the King's Collection chest items or to the craftable decor as well.

BUT! This post by a Europa player from April 2018 leads me to believe that the craftable decor SHOULD in fact be dyeable. If you click on her screenshots, you can see several images of Upholstered Chairs and Plush Loveseats that have been dyed a different color.

Disclaimer: I have tried dyeing these items with plant dyes, Tokuno dyes, and a Furniture Dye Tub, both when they were placed in a home and when they were deeded in my pack. Nothing works.

I hope with further testing and research we can put this matter to bed! (PUN FULLY INTENDED... BECAUSE DECO.) ;)

Thank you! :)

These items, specifically the furniture are not craftable, correct?

Only the ones listed at the bottom are "Craftable" the rest can only be obtained through buying the Kings Collection and do not exist on ServUO in full.

Could the hue be from the craft resource, or should they be dyable?

That's the question, I suppose! How is it in real UO? Does the hue only come from resources or do they need to be made dyeable?

Maybe its as simple as the furniture should be dyeable by furniture dyes and natural dyes?

This issue has been fixed and those items can now be dyed using a furniture dye tub.
