FIXED jewelry 50 stones?

I do not remember ever seeing any 50 stone jewelry on OSI/prodo shards. According to their Wiki, it is only for armor, weapons, and shields and named "unwieldly". https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/items/magic-item-properties/

@Xeno sent me some other info confirming that this is a bug.

I have a potential fix in but due to the sometimes complex nature of the loot code I am going to wait until @Dexter or @Argalep have a chance to review.
