FIXED Its Still possible to ride War Ostard Outside VvV

Earlier noticed someone training necromancy in luna with War Ostard Bond to that personm, after ask about it got information it is able to keep VvV animal but after leave VvV it should not be able to mount it.

Now in Luna - (def war pet bcs of color like that not exist in wild ) player named Xuna ride it out of VvV
