Where are you getting your pens from?

Good Question. Seems I might have bought them already broken. I must have bought both types, used the first batch and then didn't connect the dots.
This is a vendor in Luna.

What is a Pen and Ink for? The art is flipped.

So the Pen And Ink is usually a "semi-rare" daily item or found in fillable shop containers.

It is strictly for decoration and does not open the inscription menu.

The only bug here, and I am surprised this one lasted so long, is that the Scribe is selling those as it does nothing at all! This has now been fixed.

In the future make sure only Scribe's Pens are in your pack.
