Prism Light quests. Items: Icy Heart and Lucky Dagger. Reward satchels (talismans).
These have obviously been deleted from server. They no longer drop on crystal sea serpent as well as the stock pile of these items I had saved or was using as deco disappeared. You need 10 icy hearts to claim reward, also sometimes I forget to turn them in so I save them for my next trip, but that's not going to happen now.
