FIXED I don't consider myself so lucky - rare dyes

Don't believe in luck, but RNG can be funny sometimes.
Got 4 paragon chests today, 3 of them contained "Rare" dye.

More like a note about something to look on rather than a bug report.

I did make a mistake in the math causing them to drop at a rate of 10% instead of 1% as noted in the original patch logs.
