FIXED House containers

On heritage if you are not on/in your house you cannot see contents of storage containers
.

That second screenshot is actually from me. The roof has stuff on it (which is not visible as the house itself has not loaded yet), which shows that on OSI containers load their contents on steps for Private houses before the rest of the house is loaded.

@MrChumly we applied a patch this morning that should fix the issue for containers placed on a houses main foundation stairs. Please test it out when you have time and let me know if it is working correctly now.
