Not sure if this is a bug or not, but a Horn of Plenty comes with 10 charges, and its suppose to recharge 1 charge per day, during the month of November..

In my experience, and please correct me if im wrong.. items that replenish charges tend to not disapear when the final charge is used.. it just sits at 0 charges till a new charge is added.. not sure if this applies to the Horn Of Plenty or not, but worth looking into.
Was also curious if all of the items and features of the "Horn Of Plenty" are on Heritage.. dont want to waste all the time to try an obtain these items, if they dont exsist.
