Hi Steemx,
Everyone has their own play style, but my personal favorite template is a necro/mage. It's easy to train up and make some quick gold to get started. Add spellweaving later on if you like.
GM necro
GM magery
GM eval
GM spirit speak
Those are the essentials. Tack on whatever other skills you think would be helpful (resist, meditation, etc...) Of course later on you will also want some powerscrolls to raise certain skills above just GM.
Targeting enemies: If you're casting spells, simply target the thing you want to attack. If you're playing a fighter, go into war mode and double-click the thing you want to attack, or draw its health bar and double-click that.

Hi! I'm new too. I also have a couple of questions:
1 - What is the skill cap and stat cap here?
2 - Spells require reagents?
3 - A good way to make money in the beggining? Doesn't need to be the best way possible, just want some profit, i have patience

1 - Standard 720/225 caps here. You get +5 stats after 15 days shard loyalty on the account.
2 - Yep but you start with a 100% lrc suit with 35 all resists to help you get going
3 - Tamers are always a good start. They take a bit to get going but are by far the easiest way to make money

I'm noob so excuse me for asking, but how exactly you make money with taming? All my previous experiences with UO I always tend to do the same thing in the beggining. Gather ore melt and sell the irons. So I'm having to adapt a little which is good.

If you are a player who actually "Tames" not just buy pets from other tamers, you can run a shop at The Magincia Bazaar, and sell your pets on a Vendor. https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/gameplay/npc-commercial-transactions/the-new-magincia-bazaar/
I always start as ABC - Archer Bushido Chivalry. Good single target dmg with good survival. (some ideas: https://stratics.com/threads/a-good-updated-abc-archer-build.322566/). You can fairy soon kill melee foes worth 1500g+ per kill like hyrius and farm better gear from them. You only need good HML ranged weapon to leech mana. Everything else you earn will just kill things faster (ssi, dex, di, skills...)
Same can be achieved with NecroMage as Brosephine says, but its much slower in 1vs1 combat.
If you want to combine thing. Your ABC will be pleased with fletcher friend and NecroMage with Inscriptor. Bows and slayer spellbooks can be sold to others for some extra cash.
And while I farm some basic items with my ABC, I train my tamer on background. Why is tamer too powerful? It is Tank/Healer and DPSer in two skills. On start, your pet can tank and deal nice damage and you only need to keep him alive (vet or magery).
By selling pets you can earn some gold, but I made 500k in 5 months and it isnt much these days.

What Elamor said - 500k here will get you a decent footprint house - or if housing isn't your thing, a very good LRC/LM suit - be forewarned though, top-shelf weapons are going to be very expensive - I've yet to see a 100% HML/HLL weapon - I don't think they exist in vast quantities due to the relatively small population
