FIXED Hailstorm - slayer and durability

Hailstorm (artifact from Andros/Adrian) should have random super slayer property but it seems to have random slayer, including lesser slayers.
Maximum durability of Hailstorm is not okay also while it should be 255 not 105.

So here you can see - we went on EA, used Vendor Search, come to find out that uo wiki link is wrong, as we found hundreds of examples, all random minor and super slayers.

Good example here on how wrong it can be.

I do see an issue with the durability on the gargoyle version. That will be fixed for future drops.

So to recap - the only bug here is the gargoyle version not spawning with 255/255 durability.
