FIXED Grapes of Wrath Success rate

Currently the ServUo DefCooking properly contains the correct skill required but the success ratio is way off, it only shows 10% chance at GM Cooking. Also none of the Enchanted Items allow for an exceptional chance as they should apparently.
- Enchanted Apple should be 100% w/ 85% excpt at GM but it is only 80%

I believe this could be a problem with craft skills across the board. I think ServUO/RunUO use a basic formula to tell chance of craft/exceptional across all craft skills and items when really some items seem to have their own min/max standards. I will take a look and report back.

Im on EA and there is no mention of exceptional chance in the menu.
