It has happened to me a few times, annoying but usually can get an angle to hit them and kill them, but it seems they can spawn on a bottom layer near the lava, This time one spawned under the terrace and i cannot seem to hit him.
I know this is being worked on, but if you get a chance could you just pull him up the ledge, the spawn has been stuck with no way that i can see completing it.
I will be on most of the day, I slightly decreased the radius of the spawn as well as placed more invisible blockers, let me know if it happens again but should be fixed.
