An wooden shield was enhanced with this tool to get 100% of enhancement chance to have a shield with 190 luck.
The shield was enhanced with oak to get the luck.
Enhancement was successful, shield did not break, but it still with 150 luck.

The tool only enhances metal itens or am l doing something wrong ?
Because metal shields were enhanced without any problem.

It does appear that for shields you need to use Bloodwood to get Luck and not Oak. Leave it to UO to not be consistent and making it Oak for all.
