FIXED Fishing message.

I have around 41 fishing. I'm fishing off the bank in New Haven. Every time I catch something, I receive the following message:



Researching this message refers to a Junk Proof Hook. I've never even heard of this or used one.

It does not show on failed attempts. Only successes.
