fcr fc cap on felucca

i looked in forum but search button doesnt give a match about that sorry thats why aim asking. howvis fcr fc cap on felucca? 6/4 or 6/2? and caps affects which spells?

2/6 for magery, necro, myst
4/6 for chivalry and spellweaving.
Same caps allover the place. If you have more than 70 magery and chivalry on same char, cap for chivalry is 2fc

Not sure about caps on ninja and bushido
