Thery are simple to get from a quest in Underworld.

Shouldnt be allowed in pvp, far to simple to get spam the quest and abuse them in pvp.

They actually aren't that OP when they are fixed. I did some testing and basically only good for Alchemists.
FIXED - Exploding Tar Potions
With 0 Alchemy I could never land a single Tar Potion vs someone with 0 Magic Resist or any other skills. With 0 Alchemy & 25% EP I landed 0 out of the 30 tar potions I through and these fuckers have a 2 minute cooldown when you have 0 Alchemy which is something that also needs to make sure is...

They wont be spammed anymore by BRK dexxers who dont run Alchemy which is like 0 of those guys + they have to actually land the potion within 2 tile radius for it to even attempt to apply it and even if it does get applied Magic Resist will then determine if it gets applied and if it does you can just take damage to break it.

A thing that you dont know is that before we use it, the effect was during 1 min, and there was nothing the char can do to break the spell, ive reported in off, and we waited to be fixed so we use it on pvp, but hey, once again there you are pointing your shitty finger at us.. Tip: if you want things like on OSI, go play on OSi... or, you can study the game and find new tools for your game. You ALL like to point your fingers and say "BRK guilty", but i got killed today by one OC that was explicit using exploits to hit-kill me.... Unfortunately i was not recording it! But anyway, i will not argue with bad-loosers (if you know what i mean, allways crying because something is not osi-like, but is always when BRK is using that against you, like the greater explosion pot, 4 years pursuiting his target, now that we use it, "its not osi-like". and so on....., i think you got my point). Im not talking about this post alone, im talking about the BRK NERF saga... to be clear!

@chiconanni face it BRK finds an exploit on other servers and brings it to Heritage to try and win... the only thing you win at, is losing...

If you think there is an exploit report it. NOONE in OC uses exploits! ever. if caught they will be removed. If there is an exploit we report it and get sovs for it. Highly unlikely you were killed using an exploit. It was a fair fight and not 7v1 so you lost and now you're complaining about us using one... comical!

You're upset that the Heritage community in general is reporting that BRK is using mechanics that aren't OSI accurate, and they reporting them to get it corrected.
If you have an issue with that, you should take it up with Dan. He's the one who encourages everyone to report bugs and check it for him on OSI. Which is why there is a reward for doing so.
Its becoming obvious that BRK uses exploits to get a few kills. And when they get smashed after their (exploit) gets nerfed they lose hard...repeatedly.

Quite frankly I didnt understand over half of what you said.
But from what I did understand you're crying that something broken was nerfed and also that you were killed by someone in my guild and they used an exploit.
Fuck your feelings when it comes to broken shit where players were landing Sleep 100% of the time with a potion and no cast time or skill required, fuck your feelings when it comes to people being able to chug Heal Potions + Healing Stone restoring full health from 4%, fuck your feelings when it comes to Explosion Potions that do more than spells, having 0 cast time and being able spam them on the run without timer.
Those were bugs and you used them to win, without them relying on skill and numbers alone you cannot win without those exploits as crutches.
Lastly, if there are any exploits/bugs that OC is currently using please do let me fuckin know which ones they are @chiconanni - I report bugs that are found by my guild and I. I Sincerely would like to see if something we are using is broken and if you think so OSI has free accounts where you can test shit and remove the endless journey restrictions to prove something is or is not a bug.
Please PM me or Dan about the bugs being abused I'd love to see them - I just recently started using Teleport and Wall by mouse clicking instead of using scripts due to the unfairness and decent arguments made by people so im willing to have any bugs or exploits fixed.

I dont really have anything to do with the whole OC/BRK rivalry, so takes this for what its worth. You said that you reported the tar potions as well to fix an issue with them lasting a min? so why are you upset with goober reporting the bug to fix them as they should be? Dan wants everyone to report bugs and provide info from osi as proof of bugs, this isnt a OC/Goober thing, its whats expected of everyone that plays heritage. This shard is subject to changes almost daily, ur gonna have to accept that fact and adapt to new tactics as stuff is fixed. If you see OC or anyone else use something thats not osi correct, than report it cause thats what your suppose to do.
I assume you're talking about when I killed you and your buddies over and over again by myself.
