Kind of a two-fold bug here...
The message "Error (MegaCliloc) : StringId Not Found : 1234567" appears whenever a kepatch inflicts vicious bite. This message does not appear to have any debilitating consequences or negative impact on game play. It's just a weird message. UNLESS... it's somehow related to the second part of the bug described below...
More specifically about the effect...
Currently on Heritage, from the time vicious bite is first inflicted it increases in damage over the next several minutes, beginning with 5 damage and ending with a whopping 100 damage dealt all at once before it goes away. This 100 damage dealt nearly kills me, leaving only 19 HP left, and would definitely kill the average player. 100 damage dealt seems to be at odds with UO Guide, which says vicious bite should cap out once 50 hit points of damage are dealt all at once for a total of "275 direct damage over 200 seconds."
