Empty Areas

We still posting locations for empty areas? This looks to be some kind of outpost. Maybe you could populated it with a few guards, a smith to repair, or it could be an abandoned outpost with undead creatures, or just bandits.. just looks funny empty

Done, added an order guard (trammel) and a chaos guard (felucca), a healer / evil healer, and a forge / anvil.
