Several are spawning in the incorrect place, some got moved with the Doom revamp, and one is missing.
Incorrect Location:
#1 Titan's Hammer
#6 Zicronic Claw
#13 Brazier
#15 Studded Tunic
#23 Incense Burner
Over in the Guantlet
#4 Bamboo Stool is missing altogether
