FIXED Despicable quiver

It states on uoguild.com that the Despicable quiver also has 30% ammo reduction on it. I got one the other day and it does not have that on it.

First I would like to congratulate you. You are the first person on the server to get that drop.

2nd, this issue has been fixed they now have the 30% Lower Ammo Cost.
