FIXED Dermott Does Not Exist

Laifem the Weaver in Royal City gives a quest chain that culminates with a player having access to Laifem's rugs. At one point in the quest chain, the player is asked to deliver a letter of introduction to Dermott at the tailor shop in Vesper. Dermott does not exist, either on Trammel or Felucca facet.
