This bug report pertains to a former post in the "Make A Suggestion" forum regarding how certain deco items and addons are affected (or are NOT affected) by the interior decorator. This is a thread of items I've noticed cannot be affected by the interior decorator tool, and simply put I just think it's weird the item doesn't work on them.
The large fish trophy cannot be raised, lowered, or turned with an interior decorator. You get the message "That is not locked down" when you try to move it. Placing it is different from many other addons too in that you have to be standing right next to the wall, and there's no targeting involved. It just pops right up there when you double-click the deed. Also shown in the picture below is the Ship Painting from the King's Collection, which in this case IS placed by double-clicking a deed and targeting near the wall. Unlike the fish trophy, it can be raised and lowered with the interior decorator, but not turned (which is fine).
These large paintings from shipwrecks have NEVER been able to be turned with an interior decorator (just raised and lowered), and I think it's entirely possible that the artwork doesn't even exist for it to be placed along an east-facing wall (sad). So weird, since all of the other paintings CAN be turned! At any rate, there's no message at all when you try to turn it.
