FIXED Co-owners can lock down powerscroll books, but can't access them, only the owner can.

What is access set to, co-owner?

I put one down as home owner, and guild leader and my friend can use the powerscroll book. It is set to guild access.

Well I can only assume, Magnus locked it down in a house that he's a co-owner in and wasn't allowed to open it or release it.

house accessibility has always been a pain in the ass. I think I've just cracked it.
