FIXED City Stones

On Heritage, you can only double click the City Stone you are a member of to see who the Governor is and next election cycle.

On production UO you can double click any stone to see who the current Governor and election cycle is.
In this picture, I am in Britain but can double click the Skara Brae stone.




On Heritage when you are not part of a town you can click on it the stone once and see a list of blacked-out context menu options, as you do not have access.

On production UO when you SINGLE click a stone you are not a part of to try to get a context menu, it blocks the context menu from showing and does this -

When doing the single click, make sure your access level is player.

I had used a staff orb to set it to Player. Everything was greyed out but I could still see the context menu and list on Heritage. On production it blocks it outright and just spams the message in the screenshot above.

If you are in player mode, and not a citizen of that city, you will not see the context menu entries.

Yeah, I see now. Was a member of Skara and did not even know it when I went there and tested on Heritage.
