FIXED Can't Change Vendor Hair Color

Any time I try to change my vendor's hair color it defaults to a nondescript gray color, regardless of whether or not I pick bright red, aqua blue, purple, yellow, etc... always the same color. Hair can be removed and reset to the default gray, but when I try to change it, it just kinda turns a different shade of gray.

I'm thinking this is in relation to our Hue changes made to prevent exploiting the client side hue gump. Maybe the ranges are off for some of the human neon hair colors?

OK i see it now. When im staff, it works fine. As a player, it goes gray. @Dan can we get vorspire to look at this?

Nope! There is goes again. Tried to change it to red. Defaulted to an ugly gray.
