FIXED Can place Anvil of Artifacts in house you're co-owned to but you can't use it.

It says you must be in your house to us this, but it lets your place it nonetheless. Is that working as intended? Seems silly if so.

All Addons work this way. If this is wrong, its not necessarily a bug with Anvil of Artifacts, yet a bug for all addons.
