Not A Bug can not demolish/resize a house

I can't demolish or resize my house.



The house is empty, no vendors, moving crate not being used.

Am i missing something? Or its some kind of a bug?

Double check if the moving crate is grayed out or not on the menu.

There is unclaimed vendor inventory. Go to the house in question and click the house sign once.

Yes, thanks a lot. I had to wait about 45 hours and then some default vendor's clothing moved to moving crate
