Not A Bug Bug Special Move Gnarled Staff (Force of Nature)

Secondary skill of the Gnarled weapon is bugged. It is not activating. Appears as Parablow, only by the ability book that appears in Force of Nature

Isn't that Wrath of the Dryad staff? That one have different specials (concusion and paral)

No, it's a Gnarled Staff. The second special move is to be Force Of Nature, however it is as parablow and not active. Force Of Nature appears in the book

I believe this is a client issue. I had to have this fixed on classicUO since the specials you see were the old specials before they patched it on realUO

Tbh. I believe I asked them to fix it and they fixed it on the back end but it was a few months ago. I would start by asking in the bug area of classicuo discord and they usually will help out.
