This item of mine was with Hit fireball, but changed to hit Lighting. which is correct?

also you don't want them to be fireball and they are not on OSI.

Rule #1 is a real thing.

That being said when they were first created on OSI they were created with Hit Fireball. This was changed a few publishes later to Hit Lightning.
