Bigglesby’s Bounty Quests – Ultima Online

as writen here there should be an officer in zento (questgiver) but he is not there nor is the bullitinboard with the rewards there.
I got the quest in seamarket (got rope and pole)went to Zento and hunted a pirate captured him on my ship but now i cant finish the quest cause i need to bring the pirate near to the officer witch i cant do since he is in zento and zento doesnt have an officer (questgiver) to finish the quest and there is no way to get my ship to seamarket no gateway for ship and drydock doesnt work cause of the scum on my ship.

A Sea market Officer has appeared on the Zento docks.

This issue has been fixed.

We got a leftover issue with this quest, after the restart the pirate was not bound to my ship anymore
now he is back on his ship but set invule (like he is when bound to the poll) i cant tie him up anymore because to much HP left and cant dmg him cause invule so i cant finish him

Alright, unfortunately, I had to simply remove that Pirate ship. Sorry about that.
