FIXED Bounty Hunter quest #BreakageFiles #part2

To break Bounty Hunter pirate spawn so No One can catch pirates in that area ever again.

• make sure you "dont have boat in water"
• If you accept bounty hunter quest but you "have no ship near by"
• npc still gives you quest and rope,
• now you go place boat, (but boat has no pirate binding pole)
• You catch pirate with your rope, pirate disappears Forever!
• (since no binding pole, he lost in limbo)
• Boom! all done, no more pirate spawn!

Conclusion:
Bounty Hunter quest needs a requirement that boat placed & near by so the binding pole will place properly and not let someone break the quest permanently.

Not sure if it matters or not,

in the middle of all the pirate shenanigans last night,

(when i was on pirate quest, but no binding pole was on ship)
I accidently killed the pirate before i could tie him up,
I did go back and complete the quest (i got the death deed), and got the small reward.
anyways, i think maybe that pirate name still on bounty board?
was it O'l Lazy Hook Alan, not sure?
