FIXED Armor refinements (Deflecting) not working as intended.

So I've done a fair bit of testing with the armor refinement (reinforced) giving + max resist, - max dci, now I'm testing the (deflecting) ones here which give - max resist, + max dci.
Well they're giving + max DCI, but not taking any max resist.
