Are there missing mobs?

So I haven't played osi UO in probably 6 years or so and after being disappointed for one reason of another with various private servers I decided to give this one a try this week.

I got my character where he needed to be to go check out one of my old go to farming spots, the dark wisps down stairs in the wisp dungeon.... but their room is empty.

Since not playing for awhile I do not know if this is simply no longer a thing or if they are missing here. If they are missing, are there other missing mobs I should know about?

You can't compare this shard to OSI really.
