Not A Bug Arcane Focus

So I'm not sure this is a bug. But, it seems you can get a lvl 6 focus with 0 spellweaving (as long as everyone is 0-20) with just one person having done the quest (to cast arcane focus). I would think at a minimum you need to get a focus having completed that quest and have the ability to cast focus. Seems like you can freeload a free boost to str the way it currently is.

I haven't tested/nor confirmed on EA. Just feels off.

Im pretty sure this is how it works. The level depends on the amoutn of people, but all must be with +- 20.

What really is at question here is if a player that has not done one of the spellweaving quests should be capable of counting towards the level of an Arcane Focus. They have no ability to cast SW spells until they complete a quest.

Since Heritage no longer requires quests to access Spellweaving I'm going to mark this as Not A Bug.

On demise 2 players would drop their spellweaving to a stone
These 2 players would bring 3 players total each
Obviously equalling 6 people, a player who can cast arcane focus due to having quest casts it, since all players were within 20 they could get a level 6.

Then you go and add your skill back to your player and for the next 5 odd hours or whagever you go and fight. It's called a "no skill focus" and was popular for smaller groups on demise to go and PvP/spawn or whatever being able to access full circle.
