Not A Bug Achiv Progress disabled but still getting spammed.

I have disabled the progress option, but it still informs me of progress for Achievements.

Also it should say "you have made progress in the following" not "you have made progress in he following".

Its going to show a message at 10% progressive increments if its a milestone achievement regardless. I would hardly call that spamming. Thanks, will fix the typo.
