Achievement System - We need some ideas!

A big thanks to those that helped test the system. Now we need some ideas on what Achievements you all would like to see added.

Specifically crafters, what are some crafting Achievements you would like to see?

Tamers?

Due to core editing limitations not all ideas will be doable.

For tamers, I could see something like credit for certain types of monsters. Ie: tame a su cide, tame a greater dragon. Also could have, level a su cide to level 5, GD to level 5,... maybe even add in getting 5 of 1 kind for pack animal.

Could be a fishing quest in there.

Name of Quest: Depleting the Oceans
Fish 1,000,000^7 fish, no pun intended.

The problem I see here, and there would be no easy way to code this (I think) is that a player could tame a greater, release it, and tame it again, over and over.

Make it like the current hunting system - go out and tame these animals, x y z. Come back for some kind of reward and a trophy.

Achievement suggestions

1 - Make some new content/rewards

Milestones:
Gather 20,000 units of resource
Walk 1,000,000 steps.
Die 1000 times.
Tame 100 Pets
Take 100,000 points in damage
Herd 100 Animals
Break 50 Weapons/Armour
etc.

Achievements:
"Make a Soul Forge",
"Kill a boss" (you can even borrow that one from the Time Lord)
Explore all Facets
Buy a Galleon
Sink a Pirate Ship
Get an Orc Ship

Each of these achievements may(or may not) have some kind of reward.

2 - Enhance existing achievement systems (basically the stuff that would give you a title)

Another option is to simply work on the existing "Achievement" system. For instance you can slay a special monster/champ and get a title currently(Defender of the Rift, etc). So one way would be to "enhance" existing systems into your achievement system - will save you from having to make it all up. Just keep track of all of these things on a "sheet" when they happen.

Train all crafting skills on a character (master crafter)
Imbue 1000 items
Create x items
Earn 10,000,000 gold
Start a Vendor
Place a (forge/anvil/water trough,spinning wheel, loom, stove,etc)

Learn all crafting recipes
Complete all Elven Quests
Craft all Craftable Artifacts
Upgrade all potential Doom Artifacts
Learn Masonry
Learn how to Mine Gems
Learn how to Mine Sand
Learn how to Mine Stone
Make a Carpet
Make all Exodus Keys

I envision a system like this as a checklist to make sure you go after content in the game, and an opportunity to enhance existing lamish systems.

I like that idea, would be good to set small and large goals for people other than just drops or items from them.
