Not A Bug Account Legacy

Not sure if this is a bug or I just haven't waited long enough.

I created a second account associated to my IP address and the character has not gained any Legacy points at all.

This account was created on 07/20/2020.

Granted, this is not my main account but I wanted to start gaining Legacy points on it just the same. Starting at the end of January I had this second acct. running in the background to clock time. Nothing....I even went as far as to reach GM level in a couple of skills.

Click on yourself once and click on account.

From here you can see your "in-game" time, down to the second, which is all Legacy is. You can even follow along with it in-game. Just keep clicking the My Account menu button over and over.

Everytime you log on it starts ticking, it's actually impossible for it to not keep accurate count.

I clicked My Account, waited a few seconds, and clicked it again. This is a good way to follow along.
