SOLD A New way to sell homes

I know this system exists.. i think Vorspire created it.. it allowed you to sell your house using the house sign, you set a price and click go.. and anyone with the funds could walk up and buy the house from the sign, it would need to have the option to sell for gold or sov's here tho

@Dexter how difficult would this be to code? Obviously would require some edits but those scripts already have some.

The only problem I see is the Trade Window and how house trading currently works.
